• Sreeji has donned multiple hats as a Vice Principal, Teacher, Career Analyst, Facilitator and as an Academic-Preneur in her rich experience spanning 8 years. She is an impact driven facilitator and her forte is career counseling, School Management skills and Women oriented programs, all driving the single objective of Human Capital development through emerging practices and tools, which she has curated using her varied exposure.  She has conducted many counseling sessions open Workshops (Offline & Online) with large number of participants.
• She has been an educator and a Vice Principal in a reputed School handling the CBSE Cell apart from other duties.  She is qualified in applied Psychology and a Certified Career Analyst from edumilestones.
• A highly committed and positive person, she is a passionate career guidance professional.  Her multiple certifications combined with her real-world experience, have helped her conceptualise hand crafted solutions delivered across the spectrum of her audience.   
• Having an experience of 8+ years in teaching and School administration and having worked as academic counselor in various schools, she counselled numerous students to help them select the right career path based on their inherent talent and abilities. Her aim is to guide and empower students and professionals with an understanding of education and required skills for achieving their career goals and accomplish them in life.
